Here are some photos on my method to mount hinge on a door.
the first step is for me to install the hinge on the inner body skin,
Then i put some scotch-tapes on the door to maintain it where i want to install.
Then I mark where i have to drill in the holes in the hinge trough the door.
Before installing screws, you have to countersink the holes to hide screw head into the skin layer thickness.
and the final result
ps : screws used : 3mm and 4-40 UNC
