#1 r2 on 2 feet for the first time

I've started thinking about a system able to make the famous 2-3-2.
my astromech is based on a com-8A frame, I've put the droid on 2 feets (with small pieces of wood between ankles and feet to prevent the droid falling) and I realized that the center in this position is already raised into the body by more than a inch
I've perhaps missed something or improperly assembled the body...

    I've contacted James and he told me that everything sounds right. My assembling is correctly done. The center foot woud have to go up an inch or so when going two leg mode.
