#2 preparing rear skins

the rear skin needs to be cut if you want t have a door on the backside of your droid
on my fisrt droid, i've got a 3/4 rear door.
on this second droid, i will have a full rear door completely removable. so it will not be a problem to remove the door even if the droid is in 3 legs mode.

A difficulty with the rear skins is to cut the rear inner skin. the full door is pre-cut in the outer skin but not in the inner one.

here is the outer skin on the left and the inner skin on the right

 I've put the inner and outer skins on the frame (without the door part from the outer skin), put some adhesive and mark where to cut on the inner skin)

 

i've used a plate ruler kept in place with clamps and cut the 2 longs lines on right and left with a jigsaw and a dremel for the short side.
