I've worked on my aluminum skins from sherell.
One of the first thing to make is to label every part before removing them on each side for the inner or outer skin (front and rear).
Then you have to cut and remove pre-cutted panels and keep them.
few filing are necessary to remove unnecessary pre-cutted rest.
then i've decided to assemble the differents panels with a cold welding product
and few hours after and a short sanding
I've choosen to use JAG hinges to move panels, i've attached to hinge to the inner skin with few captive studs used in tapped holes and cold weld the other part of the hinge to the panel.
and after few hours, the panel correctly attached to the hinge
