I've written where to cut on the 2 rear skins, then i've separated the rear door on the outer skin ande decided to cut it first
my idea was to use a shaped stick of alu with 2mm thickness, enough to be bend but not too much to prevent distortion during the cut. Maintained by 2 strong clamps, it's perfect for what i have decided to do.
don't forget the thickness of your cutting disc

and this is the first part cut
then I've put the outer rear door cut in front of the rear inner skin and have verified that the line where to cut was correctly positionned and then cut the inner skin (a bit longer with the 4 sides to cut). My dremel was really very hot at several moments, so i've made pauses at least 10 times.

When i've cut the 4 sides of the door, I've kept voluntarily the corners uncut to keep the skin in 1 piece (more easy to move and work)
When each side was cut on the inner skin, i've cut the corners and take off the rear door.
and after short filing down session

and a quick placement of the skins on the door and body frame

the next step will be now after small filing down sessions to adjust the skins perfectly and to glue them together and attach the skins on the door and the body frame...
